🌠 Image Background Component

A barebones element that paints itself with a CSS background image.

• Give it a list of GIFs or images via data-backgrounds='["url(...)", "url(...)"]'.
• Add random to pick one at random.
• Add your own CSS classes to toggle it on/off — the element just adds .with-background once and leaves the rest to you.
• No Shadow DOM, no porcelain, just a box with a background you can control from the terminal.
